Warm African mahogany wrapped over a multilayered steel frame creates a canyon-like effect that draws guests into the energizing restaurant and bar called Stack. This unique entertainment hot-spot is an upscale beacon in the Mirage Casino Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. The project consisted of the demolition and build-out of 6,000 SF of space that includes a dining room, bar, and lounge with spacious seating capacity. This one-of-a-kind project presented many challenges to THOR, who was hired as general contractor by MGM MIRAGE and The Light Group. THOR's flexibility and ability to think innovatively helped to address the demanding schedule while working with the many creative ideas presented by project designers, architects, and engineers, and the owner. THOR's problem-solving capacity and dedication to the project helped them to smoothly complete Stack, while ensuring that project partners were satisfied with the outcome.
